Shipping Policy
We utilize the services of reputable international carriers to ensure the fast and secure delivery of your package to its destination.
Processing
If an order is placed before 10:30 AM Pacific Time Monday-Friday, it will be shipped the same day. If an order is placed after 10:30 AM Pacific Time or on the weekends/holidays, it will be shipped the next business day.
We will carry out strict quality controls on your items and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment.
Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time.
Shipping
It may take up to 2 business days for shipping activity to be updated on the shippers tracking site after you initially receive your Shipping Confirmation email. Shipping timeframes begin once the order is shipped, and you've received your shipping confirmation email.
Notes:
Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Once your order is placed, you can check order shipping info from the online order status page. We will also inform you through your registered email
