How can I track my order?

We have two ways to track:
1.If you checked out as a guest: Click the link here:Your Orders
(You'll need your Order ID, which we sent to the email address you used for the purchase)

2.If you have an account and were logged in: You can follow the steps below to track your orders:
Log in to the personal center → Order → Click tracking → Display order logistics information

When will my order ship?

We work fast to get your order out! Orders placed before 10:00 AM Pacific Time, Monday through Sunday, typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM Pacific Time will ship the following day.

Rest assured, we perform quality checks and ensure your items are securely packed before they head your way.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our standard delivery estimate is 7-12 business days.

Please keep in mind that this timeframe begins after our standard 1-2 business day processing window for preparing and shipping your order.

Please Note: During peak seasons (like Black Friday or other major holidays), high order volumes and carrier demands may lead to slight delays.  We appreciate your patience and work hard to deliver as quickly as possible.  

Will I be notified when my order ships?

Absolutely! Once your order is on its way, we'll send a shipping confirmation email to the address you provided. This email will include your tracking information.

Good to know: It can sometimes take up to 48 hours (2 business days) after you receive the email for the tracking link to show updates on the carrier's website.

What if my tracking information isn't updating?

Sometimes, it takes the shipping carrier up to 48 hours (2 business days) after you receive your shipping confirmation email to update the tracking information online.
