Shipping Policy

We utilize the services of reputable international carriers to ensure the fast and secure delivery of your package to its destination.



If an order is placed before 10:00 AM Pacific Time Monday-Sunday, it will be shipped the same day. If an order is placed after 10:00 AM Pacific Time, it will be shipped the next day.

We will carry out strict quality controls on your items and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment.

Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time.



It may take up to 2 business days for shipping activity to be updated on the shippers tracking site after you initially receive your Shipping Confirmation email. Shipping timeframes begin once the order is shipped, and you've received your shipping confirmation email.


Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.


Once your order is placed, you can check order shipping info from the online order status page. We will also inform you through your registered email

Customs And Import Duty

Brabic does not add any taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. The order total you see on the checkout page (i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost) is what you pay to us. However, for international shipment, the recipient is responsible for all the customs charges by his/her country. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
Import duties and VAT may or may not be levied and will only be determined when the shipment goes through Customs in your country. Please check your country's import policy to understand your liability.
All duties and taxes levied are your (the buyers) responsibility and shall be paid directly to the buyer's government or to the courier company when the goods are delivered.
In general, there only be a small number of countries need to clear customs. if unfortunately, your order need to clear customs tax, and you need to make a payment again, please contact with us directly first.

1. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed successfully. However, before your order being shipped, we will try our best to help you to revise your shipping address. So please make sure that your shipping address is right and if you have any question, please feel free to contact with us first, we will be very glad to help you solve the matter.

2. I am not satisfied with the product. What can I do?

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you’d better return it to us in new condition within 30 days from the delivered date, or we would refuse to accept your request.
